About Sensia

AI can generate. We believe it should also understand reality.

2020first AI investment 2024all-in on Sensia Todaybrands, agencies and research firms

Sensia was built around a simple conviction: as AI becomes part of every company and every team, its value will increasingly depend on the context it can access.

Models can reason, write and create. But they do not inherently know what people are saying today, what they are comparing, what frustrates them, what they value, or how a market is actually moving.

That is the layer we are building.

Sensia gives enterprise AI access to structured, traceable consumer intelligence, grounded in real market signals and available wherever teams already work.

Our story

We didn't start with generative AI.

We started with a problem.

For more than fifteen years, we worked alongside large organizations as they transformed the way they used technology, data and digital experiences. Again and again, we met the same paradox: more consumer data than ever, yet understanding what people were experiencing remained slow, fragmented and confined to specialists.

In 2020, at Corellis, we began investing seriously in artificial intelligence. Not because AI was fashionable. It wasn't. Because we believed it could change the way businesses understand people at scale.

Models were trained. Approaches failed. Others improved. We learned that consumer language cannot simply be summarized: it has to be interpreted within the reality of a category, a product and a market.

In 2024, we left the Corellis chapter behind to focus entirely on Sensia. Less a pivot than the culmination of what we had been building toward.

What changed

Then AI became everyone's interface.

For the first time, every employee could have an AI assistant able to reason across information. But a new gap appeared at once. The AI was extraordinarily capable.

It simply did not know the market.

It could read documents, search internal knowledge and write convincing answers. It had no reliable, continuously structured understanding of what consumers were actually saying and experiencing.

We were no longer building only a better way to analyze consumer feedback. We were building the consumer-intelligence layer that enterprise AI was missing.

Our conviction

The next AI advantage will come from context.

We don't know which foundation model will dominate five years from now. We don't need to. Models will keep improving and converging. What stays scarce is the trusted, business-specific context that makes them useful. For consumer-facing organizations, part of that context is the market itself.

  1. Market signals
  2. Structured consumer intelligence
  3. AI workflows
  4. Better decisions

That is the architecture we believe will matter, and why Sensia is designed to work with the AI ecosystem rather than compete with it.

Built before it was obvious

We chose to build the difficult layer first.

Consumer reality is messy: different languages, markets, platforms and categories, billions of signals whose meaning changes with context. So we spent years building the infrastructure that makes it usable by machines: live consumer-data pipelines, proprietary vertical AI, controlled markets, and a layer AI assistants can query.

That work is still evolving. We are early, and there is a great deal left to build. But the question we started with has become more relevant, not less.

How do you make sure increasingly powerful AI systems remain connected to the people and markets they are supposed to serve?

From a technology to real work

A conviction only matters when reality tests it.

Today, teams in brands, agencies and research organizations use Sensia to understand markets, test claims, explore audiences, shape innovation and follow how perceptions evolve. The contexts differ. The idea does not:

Before AI recommends what a business should do, it should understand what is actually happening outside the business.

That is why every answer returns to evidence, why domain expertise still matters, and why we see Sensia not as a replacement for researchers, strategists or marketers, but as the stronger starting point for their judgment.

What we're building toward

Consumer understanding should become infrastructure.

Today, consumer intelligence is still somewhere you have to go:

  • A study.
  • A dashboard.
  • A presentation.
  • A specialist team.
  • We believe it will simply be there.
  • Continuously updated.
  • Available across markets.
  • Governed by the people responsible for it.
  • Traceable to real evidence.
  • Callable by the AI systems people use every day.

Then consumer understanding stops being an occasional input. It becomes part of the organization's intelligence.

How we think

Move early. Stay grounded.

We are ambitious about where this can go, and cautious about pretending technology alone has the answers.

Evidence over fluency

A traceable answer beats a convincing one.

Expertise, amplified

Not automated away.

Open ecosystems

They outlast closed ones.

Technology that disappears

Into the way people already work.

Above all, AI should bring businesses closer to reality, not further away from it.

The people behind it

A second act, built on the first.

Sensia continues a journey Antoine Poupel and Patrice Raby began long before the current AI cycle. At Corellis, we spent more than fifteen years building technology and digital transformation programs for large organizations.

Sensia required a different choice: stop being the people helping companies build the next generation of systems, and put everything behind one system of our own. We made that choice because we believed the opportunity was important enough. We still do.

Around them: product, AI and consumer insight people, and a network of senior consultants, many of them former heads of insight at global consumer goods companies.

See it live

Sense what matters.
